Bead Form I - $419.00	5/8" - 2" OD Tubing. Meets Milspec and SAE AS5131 specs up to 2" OD. Produces a bead approximately .050 tall x .185 wide. Max wall recommended .050 steel, .058 aluminum.
Bead Form I H.D. - $469.00	5/8" - 2" OD Tubing. Meets Milspec and SAE AS5131 specs up to 2" OD. Replaceable bushings for the pivot pin. 4140 heat-treated upper shaft. Produces a bead approximately .050 tall x .185 wide. Recommended for use up to .050 steel, .058 aluminum.
Bead Form II - $419.00	3/4" - 4" OD Tubing. Meets Milspec and SAE AS5131 specs for 1-1/2" OD and larger. Produces a bead approximately .080 tall x .270 wide. Recommended for use up to .050 wall tubing.

Bead Form Electric - $1739.00 Order the Bead Form tool of your choice or upgrade your tool to electric for $1270.00.	Highly recommended for any production application. Built with the highest quality components available. The base plate is anodized 6061 aluminum that has rubber isolation pads. Mounted to this plate is a Bodine Gear motor. Electrical wiring is done with aircraft-type connectors with a fuse link in an aluminum box. A Lovejoy Coupling with rubber isolation is used to link the bead form tool to the drive motor.
Bead Form Boss Rolls - $179.00	Roller set for Pexto 622 or Tennsmith R22 machine. 3 roller set with protective end cap. For tubing and sheet metal. Designed for up to .065” wall steel tubing. Produces a bead height of approximately .080” on 1-1/2 thru 6” OD tube.
Optional Accessories	Bead Form Lube 4 oz or 8 oz bottle. Save wear on your tool and reduce drag between the tubing and rollers. Vice Mount Block fits all of the manual tools. Allows bead form tool to be clamped into a bench vise without damage.
