We are always glad to test bead your tubing. If you can send us short lengths, approximately 2-3 inches, we will bead the tubes for you and ship back for your inspection.

Each part of every Bead Form tool is quality inspected and measured for run-out and dimensional tolerance. We assemble all tools in a clean shop environment; every tool is tested and produces a quality test bead before it will be shipped to the customer. Bead Form tools include a molded tool case with a laminated instruction card. Customer support is available by phone or email.

The JR tool is designed to meet SAE spec beads on 5/16" O.D. tubing with a maximum wall thinkness of .028 for most alloys. The Bead From JR tool will work on larger diameters if SAE specs are not a concern.
 
Bead Form 3/8"

This tool is designed to meet SAE spec beads on 3/8" O.D. tubing with a max wall of .035 for most alloys. The 3/8" tool may be used on larger diameters if SAE specs are not a concern.

This tool is designed for use on .065 or thinner tubing. This is the tool for Turbo Chargers, Intercoolers, or any application where .065 tubing is used.

The Bead Form III tool has all of the upgrades of the HD tools with the addition of roller bearing shaft supports and modified roller profiles.

This tool is the most rugged tool of the Bead Form line up. If you need to bead 3/4" and larger tubing .065 wall, the Bead Form III is your best tool option.

BEAD FORM ELECTRIC

The Bead Form electric power unit option is ideal for any production application. Any of our Bead Form models can be mounted to the power unit. Bead forming time and effort is greatly reduced using the power unit.

Features include:

  • Powerful 120V Bodine Gear Motor
  • Bench top non-slip rubber mounting pads
  • Aircraft wiring and connectors used in a custom made electrical box with Fuse link.
  • Line master foot control switch.

  • 3 roller set with protective end cap.
  • For tubing and sheet metal.
  • Designed for up to .065” wall steel tubing.
  • Produces a bead height of approximately .080” on 1-1/2 thru 6” OD tube.
