Bead Form tools are CNC machined, anodized 6061 aluminum and 8620 steel contruction.
High quality hardware is used on the assembly of the tools.

Form rollers are heat treated for wear resistance.

We are always glad to test bead your tubing.
If you can send us short lengths approximately 2" - 3" we will bead the tubes for you and ship back for your inspection.

We are also glad to do cycle time estimates so you can quote jobs more accurately.
